Meet Mariah

My Story

Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Mariah brings compassion and east coast hospitality to each treatment. She graduated from the D’Arcy Lane Institute in 2016 with a diploma in Equine Massage Therapy, and from triOS College in 2019 with a diploma in Massage Therapy. Her treatments include deep tissue massage, vacuum cupping, active release, passive stretching, myofascial release, and relaxation massage.

Prior to your hands on time, Mariah likes to do a thorough intake, but once treatment has started, conversation is kept to a minimum. Treatment style and pressure is based on individual needs, and client comfort is of utmost importance. All bodies are welcome and accepted!

Mariah is passionate about education, and loves helping clients achieve their goals, whether that is pain free movement, recovering from injury, or reduction of stress and tension.

On her off time Mariah loves being outdoors, gardening, reading, and playing games. Mariah is an avid softball player, and enjoys riding horses as well as spending time with her two dogs.
