This will be an interlude from your day to day, a pause in time to rest and heal. 

Your Signature Balance Massage will include;  

Hot Stones ~Swedish Massage With Essentials Oils Exclusive for this treatment~  

& Reflexology ~ 

All with a focus on 

Back, Shoulders, Feet, Neck, Face and Scalp 

using a blend of my favorite techniques.

It will be a quiet session, 

so you can really pause and just be in the moment.

An eye pillow will be provided.
